We are the only football club in the country that is based around positive mental health. Research shows that playing football in a pressure free environment aids development, mental strength and stabilizes mental health which has a positive effect on physical wellbeing as the mind always leads when it comes to physical activities.
Our club program like no other, there will be presentations throughout the season that will cover a wide range of football related topics that will not only benefit the player but will also benefit families.
Balanced minds FC have the most skilled sports mental health support staff on the planet at youth level. All managers and coaches are qualified sports mental health first aiders. Whether you wish to join as a player, member of staff or a volunteer all are welcome and all will be valued.
